What currency are the prices in?
Prices are in SEK (if no other currency is stated). 

Which countries do you ship to? We ship internationally within EU (plus UK and Norway). Please note that we can not ship to Åland (sorry!) 

How much does shipping cost? We don’t do free shipping due to our extremely low prices. The shippingcost is related to the weight of the items. A calculator at the checkout sums it up. 

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
Please allow 3-5 businessdays for your order to ship out from our office in Halmstad, Sweden. 

I did not get a confirmation-email? What to do? We automatically send out confimationemails. However they bounces for various reasons (many times it also ends up in the spamfolder, check it out!). But do not worry, your order is still secured and the items will be shipped to you. 

Will it be shipped directly to my adress or to a pick-up point? That depends! Generally smaller packages are delivered in your mailbox, and larger ones to pick-up points. Please note that shipments to Germany are solely delivered to pick-up points. 

What happens if I fill in the wrong email address (or phonenumber) and don’t get a notification to pick up the parcel. It will be sent back to us and we will give you a refund -minus the total shippingcost. Please note that the information that you fill in automatically are used as the basis of the shipping order. We only alter it upon your request.

I did not recieve the correct items I ordered! Well, we do mess up sometimesContact us and we will sort it out. Please add your ordernumber and, if possible, a photo of the deliverynote that came with the package.  Either we will send you the correct item or give you a refund. 

Can I return my order and get the money back? Yes! We give you 30 days (from the day you recieve your order) to send it back to us for a full refund. Please note that the return-shipping is at your own expense. Once we have received the product/products we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.

The return adress is: Great Deals, Tre hjärtans v. 2, 30241 Halmstad, Sweden.  If you send the return to a postal agent it is important that you state the following phonenumber +46733600909 and email customerservice@greatdeals.se. (for notification).

Please put a copy of you order in the parcel. It is possible to return items from several orders, but be sure to enclose copies of all orders in the parcel. You dont have to contact us before returning your parcel, but save you sendingreceipt.

Can I change sizes? Unfortunately not. You have to make a return, and then order the new size. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Can I cancel my order? Yes, but you must cancel your order before it ships. Contact us via the contact form or e-mail: customerservice@greatdeals.se
