Great Deals is a digital premium outlet. We sell new, high-quality products from established brands, sourced from overstock, model collections, and surplus inventory. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lomma, Sweden.

Yes. All products are new and unused unless otherwise stated. Some items may be delivered without original packaging, which does not affect the product’s function or quality.

We work with overstock, surplus lots, and model collections from brands and retailers. These items maintain full quality but are priced lower because they are no longer sold through regular retail channels.

Prices, Currency, and Payment

All prices are shown in SEK unless otherwise stated.

 Yes. All prices include Swedish VAT.

We offer card payments, Swish, invoice or installment payments via approved partners, and additional local methods depending on country.

Shipping, Delivery, and Countries

We ship within the EU. We currently cannot ship to Norway or Åland due to customs and administrative limitations.

Orders are normally packed within 3–5 business days. Shipping time is typically 2–5 business days depending on carrier and destination. In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

We do not offer free shipping, as our outlet prices are already significantly reduced.
The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

This can occur if the address is incorrect or if your cart exceeds our shipping weight limit. Try splitting your order into smaller shipments.

Depends on parcel size, weight, and country. Smaller parcels may go to mailbox/door slot; larger ones go to pickup points.

Orders, Confirmation, and Changes

Orders are handled within 3–5 business days. You receive a notice once the parcel is shipped.

Please check your spam/junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout. If you still can’t find the confirmation, contact our customer service team with your name and email address so we can help you.

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been packed or shipped.

Changes are only possible before the order has been processed. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, changes or modifications are usually no longer possible.

Unclaimed Parcels

It returns to us automatically. A refund is issued minus shipping and applicable return fees.

Products, Quality, and Defects

Please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item received. We will correct the error depending on stock availability.

Please contact us by email with photos of the issue and your order number. We handle all cases in accordance with consumer law and will offer a refund or a replacement when possible.

Returns, Withdrawal, and Store Credit

We do not offer returns or refunds to the original payment method. Instead, customers may request store credit within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, items must be unused and in essentially unchanged condition. Once the request is approved, store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued to the customer’s account and can be used toward future purchases with us. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to deny store credit if these conditions are not met.

Store credit is issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, usually within 10 business days.

We do not offer size exchanges, as we do not always have the same size, color, or item in stock. If you need a different size, you can place a new order using store credit issued for the original item once your request has been approved.This allows you to reorder in the correct size if available, or use the store credit toward any other item instead.

Outlet Model and Warehouse

These are new, unused items that remain within the retail supply chain for various reasons. They are offered at reduced prices as they are no longer part of regular retail assortments.

Our warehouse is located in Lomma, Sweden. We ship all products directly from there for reliable processing and delivery.
