What currency are the prices in?
Prices are in SEK (if no other currency is stated). 

Which countries do you ship to? We ship internationally within EU. Please note that we currently can not ship to Norway or Åland due to complex customregulations. 

How much does shipping cost? We don’t do free shipping due to our extremely low prices. The shippingcost is related to the weight of the items. A calculator at the checkout sums it up. 

The message ”Can not be shipped to the address” appears at checkout. Check your adress again. If it is correct the problem is probably connected to the weightlimit of 10 kg. Reduce the weight, or split the order into two. 

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
Please allow 3-5 businessdays for your order to ship out from our warehouse in Halmstad, Sweden. 

I did not get a confirmation-email? What to do? We automatically send out confimationemails. However they bounces for various reasons (many times it also ends up in the spamfolder, check it out!). But do not worry, your order is still secured and the items will be shipped to you. 

Will it be shipped directly to my adress or to a pick-up point? That depends! Generally smaller packages are delivered in your mailbox, and larger ones to pick-up points. Please note that shipments to Germany are solely delivered to pick-up points. 

What happens if I do not pick up my parcel? It will be sent back to us and we will give you a refund -minus the shippingcost. Please note that the information that you fill in automatically are used as the basis of the shipping order. We only alter it upon your request. 

I did not recieve the correct items I ordered! Well, we do mess up sometimesContact us and we will sort it out. Please add your ordernumber! We will give you a refund or send you the correct item. 

There is a default in the product I ordered. Don’t worry! Contact us and we will either give you the money back or send you a new item. Please note that we do not offer a guarantee on Salming rackets and shoes. 

Can I return my order and get the money back? Yes! We give you 30 days (from the day you recieve your order) to send it back to us for a full refund. Please note that the return-shipping is at your own expense. Once we have received the product/products we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. The original packages must be included.

Please put a copy of you order in the parcel and mark the return items. It is possible to return items from several orders, but be sure to enclose copies of all orders in the parcel. You dont have to contact us before returning your parcel, but save you sendingreceipt. Please note that the original packages must be enclosed in order for us to admit your return. 

Can I change sizes? Unfortunately not. You have to make a return, and then order the new size. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Can I cancel my order? Yes, but you must cancel your order before it ships. Contact us via the contact form or e-mail: customerservice@greatdeals.se
