These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on greatdeals.seand are administered by Great Deals in Sweden AB, company registration number 559348-8439.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All prices are listed inSwedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable VAT. Prices may change without prior notice. In the event of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the order.

We sell new products from overstock, sample collections, and remaining inventory from established brands. Some products may be delivered without original packaging or with altered packaging. This does not affect the quality or condition of the product and will be stated in the product description when applicable.

A binding agreement is formed when an order confirmation has been sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. An order is considered valid even if the confirmation email is not received due to technical issues.

We offer several payment options, including card payments, Swish, invoice and instalment payments via payment partners such as Klarna, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay where available. All payments are processed by secure external payment providers that comply with PCI DSS standards.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lomma, Sweden. Orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery within the European Union usually takes an additional 2-5 business days. All shipments are sent with Schenker and include tracking.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and are displayed in the checkout before payment is completed. We do not offer free shipping, as our outlet prices are already significantly reduced.

We deliver within the European Union. Due to customs and regulatory restrictions, we do not ship to Norway or Åland.

If a package is not collected, it will automatically be returned to us. Once the return has been received, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs and any applicable return or administrative fees. This also applies if incorrect address details were provided at checkout.

Yes, you may return your order within thirty days from the date you receive it. Returned items must be unused, in essentially unchanged condition and have all tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds are processed once the return has been received and approved.

If a product is defective upon delivery, please contact our customer service with your order number and photos showing the issue. We handle all complaints in accordance with Swedish consumer law and will offer a refund or a replacement when possible.

We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as transportation delays, technical issues, strikes or decisions by authorities.
